Fans grabbing burgers at America First Field will soon be eating beef raised about 90 miles down the road in Nephi.

Miller Sports + Entertainment announced Friday, July 31, a partnership with Bar-W Beef that puts the Utah ranching company's products into concession stands at both America First Field and The Ballpark at America First Square. Bar-W becomes an Official Partner of Real Salt Lake and will be featured at the City Grill stand, home of the stadium's "Burger of the Match," and at the "Burgers at Bat" concession at Salt Lake Bees games.

Michelle Smith, president of MSE, said in the announcement published by Utah Business that Bar-W is "a trusted Utah brand" and that bringing its products to both venues is "a natural way to elevate the fan experience while celebrating something truly local."

Bar-W is a family operation started in the 1980s by Bob Wright. His son Korey Wright and wife Emily now run the company, which opened its own USDA-certified meat processing plant in Nephi in August 2024. The company raises grass-fed, grain-finished cattle on Utah ranches and processes them in-house, with dry-aging capacity for more than 250 carcasses at a time. Bar-W won the 2026 Best of State award in Meat Products, according to the company.

Beyond the menu, the deal includes concession signage, videoboard features, and digital promotions at both venues. Fans attending Real Salt Lake and Bees games can enter to win a grand prize package that includes ribeye steaks for a year, a VIP tour of Bar-W's Nephi facility, a horse roping experience at Bar-W Performance Horses, and a VIP dinner at Bar-W Steakhouse.

"Partnering with Miller Sports + Entertainment gives us an opportunity to connect with fans in a natural way by bringing our brand directly into two of the most exciting gathering places in the state," said Bart Mills, Bar-W's chief marketing officer.

MSE, the sports and entertainment division of the Larry H. Miller Company, is headquartered in Sandy and manages Real Salt Lake, Utah Royals FC, the Salt Lake Bees, Megaplex Theatres, and America First Field, among other properties.

MSE has not announced when Bar-W beef will first appear on the City Grill menu.
