Vessel Kitchen is selling a Thanksgiving dinner package at its two Sandy locations for $140.
The chain's "Everything But the Bird" signature package serves four to six people, according to the restaurant's Thanksgiving ordering page. It includes mashed potatoes with turkey gravy, croissant stuffing, baked mac and cheese, cranberry sauce, harvest tabouleh, creamy miso spaghetti squash, brioche dinner rolls and pumpkin crunch cake. Turkey is not included.
A gluten-free version costs $150 and swaps in biscuit stuffing, Thai carrots, biscuits and pumpkin crumble in place of some signature items. A custom package runs $160 and lets buyers pick every dish.
Sandy residents can order from either of the city's two Vessel Kitchen locations: 11052 S. State St. or 2067 E. 9400 S. Orders must be placed by Monday, Nov. 23. Pickup runs from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25.
Customers who cancel after the deadline face a fee equal to 50% of their order total. All Vessel Kitchen locations will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 26.
Orders can be placed online at vesselkitchen.com/thanksgiving or by phone at 385-213-3733. The restaurant asks customers to confirm the pickup address when ordering because orders cannot transfer between locations.
Kolbie Peterson of The Salt Lake Tribune included Vessel Kitchen in a Nov. 1 guide to Utah restaurants offering Thanksgiving meals. The Tribune described the chain as "health-centered" and listed four Salt Lake County locations: two in Sandy, one in Salt Lake City and one in Midvale.
Individual seasonal sides and baked goods, including pumpkin crunch cake and pumpkin crumble, are also available as add-ons. The restaurant's ordering page states that quantities are limited.
